		<description>Thanks Diane. That is my experience that the affirmation is part of me.  In the same way, the negative self-talk or limiting beliefs do the same thing--become a part of us and make us feel bad. Good to stop them in their tracks before they become deep grooves in our minds and hearts.</description>

One other point-it&#039;s OK if you &quot;strain&quot; in the beginning. As time goes on the affirmation begins to resonate and then it becomes part of you and the believability increases day by day.
