Let’s start our days out like four year old Jessica and stand on your sinks, in front of the mirror, and give ourselves a pep talk. We can all do a little self life coaching to lift us over the rough spots in our days.
Gotta love this kid!

Meryl,
Glad you stopped by and got inspired. Wouldn’t it be fun if we all followed Jessica’s routine?!
How totally adorable! I’m inspired!
Thanks Diane. That is my experience that the affirmation is part of me. In the same way, the negative self-talk or limiting beliefs do the same thing–become a part of us and make us feel bad. Good to stop them in their tracks before they become deep grooves in our minds and hearts.
Affirmations work for me and I second the motion to read Catherine Ponders book.
One other point-it’s OK if you “strain” in the beginning. As time goes on the affirmation begins to resonate and then it becomes part of you and the believability increases day by day.
Thanks for all of your valuable information.
